How triangulating the digital transformation can improve customer experience
There are many uncertainties for businesses around the world. In all of this, one thing is constant: their expectations. They expect to be treated with unparalleled service whenever brands reach out to them.
We were inspired to think about the importance of everyone’s role in the ecosystem for a business.
According to Brian Solis, digital transformation is the “realignment or new investment” in technology and business that will allow customers to engage with them at all points of their customer experience journey.
When does digital transformation start? It begins when your employees start to think about it. Last, does it start when technology is used as a weapon? What do I think?
Why should we adapt to a digital culture shift
My video has explained the why and what of the small framework we designed. Let’s add a little depth to it.
We have triangulated the digital transformation journey to deliver enormous business value. Three points are essential: business, people, and technology. Data is the perfect fuel. Through radical thinking and experiments, it leads organizations toward transformation.
As I mentioned, a culture shift can be seen in the following:
Change management is essential for any business.
Addition of Business Intelligence or Analytics to Data
Executive sponsorship is a powerful tool to motivate people and get accurate results.
Digital transformation programs: the best way to use technology
Many people say that achieving perfect harmony is a myth.
How can you get started with Digital transformation immediately
After identifying the most pressing challenge, you can move on to a process to help you achieve your digital transformation.
Strategy
Assess
You must know your digital maturity matrix. That is why you should Audit and Asses. This audit will help you map your Vision and Aspirations to the industry landscape in which you operate.
You can then evaluate and frame your opportunities based on the Maturity Gaps. Then, create your digital operations roadmap. This action plan will help you make the necessary leap toward digital transformation.
Finally, have someone take on the role of referee. Use a scorecard to map out your KPIs and digital roadmap for measuring your progress.
Mindset
Create an Opportunity Map
On your journey to digital transformation, seeing the glass half full is important. Identifying risks and gaps and turning them into opportunities takes you from good to great.
Write down your map of opportunities. This wheel can give you an advantage.
Soon I will release a podcast on the importance of opportunity maps in achieving success. Stay tuned.
Process
Leverage an Insight Delivery Process
Any process requires two ingredients: tact and certainty. Your process must be as good as possible so that you can incorporate all feedback you receive at the end. This is my vision of the process I would use for an organization that takes this path.
You fill in your goals and objectives at the beginning. Next, you will need to plan your course of action.
SIteration
Small steps to transformation
Start any journey by establishing your competence. You then take a small step to build trust by leveraging the insights that you have gathered. It’s time to take action and prove the value. Finally, you will move to the stage where you can influence behavior and make the change you have longed for.
Data can be a great teacher. It shows you what you need to know, identifies gaps, and helps you identify issues. Data tells us what is worth risking and what is on trend. It also shows you which opportunities are available. The future holds limitless potential and previously undiscovered possibilities.
Make your data talk to you. Let it speak to your people, your business, and your technology. Make data work on your fascinating journey toward revolutionizing digital cultures.
